First off I want to apologize for the lack of pictures in this post. The drywall crew did not come yesterday until after 3:00 in the afternoon and by then it was raining and so I could not get any pictures in the rain (I mean I could have but I'm not going to - they already think I'm crazy enough). And then by the time the rain stopped it was after 7:00 in the evening and it was just too dark in the house to get any good pictures.
I discovered that putting up walls and a roof really hinders that whole natural light thing we had going on! And so now I'm really rethinking my color scheme for the house. I wanted a light gray with teal, pink, white and black accents but now I'm thinking it may be just way too dark for my light loving self!

Most of the inside of the house looks like the garage. Almost all the ceilings were hung with drywall and most of the rooms have the top part hung.
I am hoping to get down to the house today (after the workers leave) and get some pictures inside. So that I have a much better update for tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteThank you! I did get some really great pictures last night that I will be posting today. They guys were working on the outside of the house and so they let us "sneak" in and take some pictures!
